ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
Holiday Hustle is a program designed to help you get through each week with a strength and cardio plan. You'll have access to me as your trainer, a community of other hustlers, and workouts/recipes shared EXCLUSIVELY with hustlers.

This program begins on November 22, 2021 and runs until January 2, 2022.
INVESTMENT
Now until November 1, 2021: $100
November 1-21, 2021: $150
Payment due by 3:00pm EST on November 21, 2021 via Venmo @fitandfearlessamanda.
WHAT'S INCLUDED

A calendar to track your progress. Your goal will be to complete 2 cardio days, 2 strength training days, and one recovery/yoga day per week, for 6 weeks.

4 PDF workouts designed to target full body strength. Each workout will utilize bodyweight, dumbbells and/or bands.

A private Facebook group with 3 crucial days of information and weekly prizes (6 chances to win a prize!).

#motivationmonday to help you achieve your short and long term goals.

#workoutwednesday with videos posting exercises from the strength workouts. These videos will show progressions and regressions. If you complete a strength workout this week, you can leave you photo on the #workoutwednesday post and be entered to win a weekly prize. Weekly prizes are gift cards, training sessions with me (both virtual/in person) and nutrition consults.

#foodiefriday will be dedicated to recipe sharing of your FAVORITE holiday treats with a healthy twist (think.... healthy green bean casserole?!).

A community within the private Facebook group to share and explore what other people are doing around the U.S to maintain their healthy holiday!

Weekly newsletters discussing nutrition and wellness habits. Each newsletter will be focused on how nutrition and weight loss play hand-in-hand. The newsletters will provide you with tools to lose weight, even over the holidays.

Lastly, if you complete your calendar and turn it in, top hustlers will be entered in a drawing to win a 8 session personal training package with me (virtually OR in-person), 3 nutrition consultations and a $100 gift card to Whole Foods.
HOW IT WORKS AND HOW TO WIN

Each week, participants complete (5) goals and track them by filling them in on the calendar provided. The (5) goals are:

Perform (2) days of strength-based workouts - can utilize the provided workouts or your own program

Perform (2) days of cardio-based workouts

Perform (1) flexibility- or yoga-based workout

At the end of the six-week challenge, everyone who fills in the calendar and has completed the (5) goals each week can turn it in to be entered into a drawing for the grand prize.

Calendar submissions must be received by 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, January 2, 2022 in order to be eligible for the grand prize drawing.

The grand prize winner will be announced on Monday, January 3, 2022.

In addition to the grand prize, participants can complete check-ins each week via the private Facebook group for a chance to win one of six weekly prizes.
